Long gone are the days when we needed to spend hours and hours trying to figure out software like Photoshop. Today, I want to show you one of the fantastic yet, simple graphic design tools I use to run my entire business. CANVA.

What's up, everybody? For those who are new, my name is Marilyn Gomez. I am your Astro Money Coach. I teach online entrepreneurs how to align smart money management, their lives, and careers with their astrology blueprint, plus all of the online tools they need to learn to grow their business.

Simple graphic design tools

What a fantastic creation... long gone are the days when we needed to spend hours and hours trying to figure out software like Photoshop. I would spend so much time figuring out the different layers within Photoshop. Now you have the tools at your fingertips with Canva.

So today, I want to show you around because there are so many things you can make within Canva, from infographics, biz cards, websites, and every social media dimension you can think of is saved in here. Or you can come in here and start from scratch with your own sizes, copy, and graphic images.

Anything that you want to upload and recreate as your very own, you have the capabilities to do so within Canva. They offer a 30-day free trial, which blows my mind, this entire program, all of the tools included, including an image background remover!

What can you do with Canva?

A few of my favorite features in Canva are all social media dimensions and designer templates, the brand kit, and animations! IMO, this incomparable tool pays for itself. You can have full access to every single tool that Canva offers. I use these simple graphic design tools both personally and professionally.

Brand kits:

A Canva pro account allows you to store your brand colors for easy creations at the click of a button, plus access to thousands of font pairings and the option to upload your brand font if it's unavailable.

And the ones Canva did not have, you could still upload your font for your branding.

Templates:

There are tons and tons of beautifully crafted templates.✨Come in here and be creative; plug it in!

➔You do not need to recreate the wheel.
➔You do not need to be a top-of-the-line designer.
➔You DO have to have your copy and your information to start. 

And this isn't your zone of genius, this is something that you can outsource, but I'm going to show you how easy it is.

Simple Graphic Design Tools with Endless Features

Crown  - Anything with the little crown is considered a pro account feature. Get your free 30 day trial with Canva here. Check out all of these fantastic features and step up your digital marketing game.

Fronts - Thousands of fonts inside, and there are so many without the crown. You do not need to have a pro account if you are just getting started, but I will show you the difference with a couple of things.

Color combos - You can swap about the colors from any template and change them instantly. You can add your hex codes for color matching capabilities with your brand colors kit. 

Animations - Canva has animations galore. Titles can rise off the page; how about the writing style? Yep, those too! There are just so many features, guys. I know you're going to love it!

In case you haven't noticed, I am an astrologer. Some of my graphic goodness is all of the horoscopes that I do. You can instantly load images into the backdrop of your creation, and Canva still keeps it nice and aligned within your design there. 

Let's see if I have like a single photo, though. Something. Oh yeah, yeah. Here's a face pic. Okay, Heeeyy Marilyn. Okay. So say we want to take the background off that image and only want my big ol' face. This feature right here is what I feel pays for Canva on its own.

Background Remover

In my opinion, this background remover here is LEGIT. Do you know how many hours I spent trying to find tutorial apps and these background photo remover things when I started running an online business?

A lot! A ton! Way too many. And then I finally realized that I needed to stop playing and just jump in, see it removed the background. And now we use simple graphic design tools from Canva for EVERYTHING in the house. Lol.

Watch me detach the image from the background. Yep! Now let's move me around. And now I have no background, the image is free and clear, and I can now place it where I want it to show up.

Elements

Graphic elements from all of your fav social media sites and just about anything that pops into your head. Every reason, every season.
